  Horrobile. For 1 i had to wait a DAY AND A HALF for an EMAIL. And turns out it wasn't even the right information that I TOLD THEM I needed. Also if you ever want to speak to the manager...haha you can FORGET that cause they ain't EVER there. Oh and BTW...I'm STILL waiting for the info I need.
