  Can't speak to the park or the playground but the spray ground is wonderful for kids until age 5 or 6. I have 3.5 year old twins and they LOVED playing here. Lots of benches to sit on and watch, not much shade though. Summer hours for the spray ground are 9-1130a, 1-330p and 5-7p.
